Trouble signing in can occur for different reasons. This help page provides information on the following problems:
Continual prompting to sign in, or ‘Session Expired’ messages;
If none of the above applies to you, try restarting your computer or signing in on a different computer. If you are still having trouble signing in, contact us at email@example.com and give us as much information as you can about your account and the problems you are encountering.
If you forgot your password, click on the “Forgot your Password?” link located in the sign in area at the top of the sign in page. Enter the email address you used for your LuvHertz account in the Password Recovery Form. Instructions to reset your password will be sent to this email address.
If you have not received the password recovery email, check your Spam/Junk/Bulk Mail folder or try re-entering your email address into the Password Recovery Form.
If you are repeatedly brought back to the homepage and still not signed in, it is most likely because your browser is not retaining your sign-in information correctly. To fix this, you will need to either clear your cache or edit your cookie settings. The steps to clear your cache and/or cookies are different for each browser. Usually, open your Tools menu found on the Menu Bar. In the Tools menu, you will find options to either ‘Clear your Cache/Browser History/Recent History’ or ‘Clear/Delete cookies’.
