Your FreqBox is the area where you can view all of the communications you have received from your Entourage or other worldwide members of LuvHertz. In your FreqBox you will find the following message tabs: FreqOuts, Shrinks, Message’D, Archive’D and Sent.

FreqOuts Tab
In your FreqOuts tab you can view Freqs you have received from your Entourage. You can offer your advice and feedback to other members who have requested your help. To send your advice simply reply by sending a Shrink that includes your vote for what score should be given to the Vibe in question.

Shrinks Tab
In your Shrinks tab you will be able to view all of the Shrinks you have received from your Entourage or other members of LuvHertz (depending on your Privacy Settings) who have responded to your FreqOuts. From your Shrinks tab you can view, reply, accept or decline and manage your Shrinks.

Message’D Tab
In your Message’D tab you will be able to view the private messages you have received from your Entourage. You will also receive notifications about IDs and Entourage acceptances in your Message’D tab. From here you can read, sort, compose, reply, delete and manage your messages.

Archive’D Tab
In your Archive’D tab you will be able to find all of the private messages that you have archived. You can archive a message from your Message’D tab by placing a checkmark beside a message and hitting the “Archive” button. You can select multiple messages at the same time. The selected message(s) will be sent to your Archive’D tab. You can also Archive a message by clicking the “Archive icon” (folder) shown on the right side of each message in your Message’D box.

Sent Tab
In your Sent tab you can view the communications that you have sent to your Entourage including private messages and ID’s.

There are a couple of ways to check your private messages. To view your private messages simply click on the “Message’D” icon on the top right of your screen (flashing envelope). This will take you to the “Message’D Tab” in your FreqBox where you can view, compose and manage all of your private messages from your Entourage. You can also access your Message’D by clicking on the “New Messages” button in your Notify’D box located in the upper right side of your page.

A Freq (FreqOut) is the action of sending a Frequency to your Entourage to invite feedback about how to score your LuvLog. A Freq is a ‘911’ signal sent out to your Entourage to alert them when help is needed. If you are unsure how to score a particular LuvLog post and need to gain perspective regarding an experience with your Vibe you can FreqOut to your Entourage for help.

Any Freqs you receive from LuvHertz members can be found in the “FreqOuts Tab” in your FreqBox.

A Shrink is the response to a FreqOut. Just like a psychiatrist is casually referred to as a “shrink”, your Entourage can be thought of as your own group of personal relationship counselors. When you receive feedback on your FreqOut you’ve been Shrink’D.

Any Shrinks you receive from your Entourage can be found in the “Shrinks Tab” in your FreqBox.
