How Do I Compose and Send a Private Message?
There are a number of ways to send private messages to your Entourage members.
One way is to send a private message to your Entourage from your “Message’D” page. To get to your Message’D page click on the “Message’D Icon” of the top right of your page (it looks like a flashing envelope) or click on the “New Messages” button in our Notify’D box on the upper right side of your page. From your “Message’D Tab”, hit “Compose” to send a private message to your Entourage.
You can also send a private message from your Entourage page. Click on the “Entourage Icon” found at the top right of your page (second icon from the right, looks like a group of people). This will take you to the “My Entourage Tab”. From here you simply click on the “Send Private Message” button beside the avatar of the Entourage members you wish to message. Next you can type in the subject and note you wish to send to the member. Hit “Send” to complete. If you have mistakenly selected the wrong Entourage member, simply click on “Change” at the top of the message page beside the name of the member in the “To:” area.

How Do I Delete a Private Message?
From your “Message’D Tab” you can delete multiple private messages simultaneously by selecting all the messages you wish to delete by placing check marks beside them and hitting the “Delete” button. Also, you can hit the “Delete Icon” (X) shown on the right side of each message in your Message’D tab. Another way to delete a message is to click on the message to view it and then click the “X” button.
How Do I Respond to a Freq I've Received/ How Do I Send a Shrink?
When you receive FreqOuts from your Entourage you can reply to their requests for scoring help by sending them Shrinks. When you reply to a Freq and offer your scores you are sending a Shrink.
To send a Shrink, open the Freq you’ve received and review the post. Click “New Shrink” to share your score recommendation. Select the score you prefer from the scoring continuum and include any feedback you want to give into the comments box. Hit “Post” to send your Shrink.

How Do I Respond to a Shrink I've Received?
When you send a Freq to your Entourage, they will respond by sending you a Shrink. You can respond to Shrinks and accept or decline advice and scores. You can comment and respond to the Shrinks you receive by hitting the “Write a Reply” button.
