What Are Entourage Privileges?
Your Entourage Privileges determine the level of access that your Entourage members have in viewing your VibeFolio. You can customize the privileges for each of your Entourage members to indicate which Entourage members will have access to view which of your Vibes. You can block specific Entourage members from being able to view some or all of your Vibes.
How Do I Change Privileges for My Entourage?
To change your Entourage Privileges, from your “My Entourage” page, simply click on the “Privileges” button beneath the avatar of the member you wish to edit. Click to select the Vibes you wish to block the member from viewing. Alternatively, to reinstate viewing access to an Entourage member click to remove the check mark beside the Vibe(s) of interest.
When you are adding a new Entourage member you can select the member’s privileges at this point. When you click “Add to Entourage” a window will open up that allows you to write a personalized invitation message and to set the person’s viewing privileges which potentially block the member from viewing particular Vibes. Once the member joins your Entourage, these privileges can be changed by hitting the “Privileges” button beneath his/her avatar.

Can I Block Entourage Members from Viewing My Posts?

Yes, you can block specific Entourage members from viewing particular posts in your LuvLog. When you post a “New Entry” into your LuvLog, or when you edit an old post, you can set your “Post Privacy” for that entry. When you click “Post Privacy” you can change the privacy for this particular LuvLog entry if you desire it to be different from the overall privacy setting you’ve selected for your Vibe. To block specific Entourage members from viewing your LuvLog entry click on the “Post Privacy” link and go to the “Block Entourage” box. Simply select the Entourage members you wish to block by clicking on their avatars and hit “Continue” to save and go back to your entry.

Yes, you can block an Entourage member from viewing specific Vibes. To do this, go to your Entourage page by clicking on the Entourage icon at the top right of your page (second from the right, looks like a group of people). From the “My Entourage” tab in your Entourage page select the member you want to block and push the “Privileges” button beneath his/her avatar. In the “Set Privileges” area select the Vibe(s) you wish to prevent this member viewing by adding a check mark to the box beside the “name” of the Vibe(s). Hit “Save” to confirm or “Cancel” to undo.

Can I Permanently Block An Entourage Member, Without Deleting?
Yes, you can block an Entourage member from viewing your total VibeFolio by blocking the member from viewing all of your Vibes. You can remove the Entourage member’s access to view all of your Vibes by changing the member’s privileges. To do this click on the “Privileges” button beneath his/her avatar and in the “Set Privileges” area hit “All” to prevent this member from being able to view any of your Vibes. Hit “Save” to confirm or “Cancel” to undo. This essentially blocks the member from viewing your VibeFolio.
Who Can View My Entourage?
There are four major privacy settings on LuvHertz: Private, Semi-Private, Semi-Public and Public. Each Vibe can be given a different privacy setting.
The visibility of your Entourage will first depend on the overall privacy settings of your account, as explained above. Your Entourage list wil always be visible to any Entourage members, but not necessarily members who are not in your Entourage, depending on your VibeFile privacy setting.
In addition to the privacy settings you are able to implement, a LuvHertz user may not be able to see certain members in your Entourage, if those Entourage members have strict privacy settings or have blocked that specific user. You have no control over this visibility.
- Private: No one can see your Vibe except for you. Your Entourage can see only those events about which you have asked their opinion via FreqOut or ID. Read more on FreqOuts and IDs here.
- Semi-Private: Only you and your Entourage can view your Vibe. Your Entourage can view and comment on all LuvLog posts associated with your Vibe.
- Semi-Public: All members of LuvHertz, including your Entourage, can view your Vibe and associated LuvLogs. However, only members who are part of your Entourage are permitted to score and comment on your LuvLog posts.
- Public: Any member of LuvHertz can view, score or make comments on your Vibe.
