There are a number of ways to add a new LuvLog entry. You can add a new LuvLog entry from your Vibe’N box in the bottom left corner of your page by clicking “+ LuvLog”. From your VibeFolio you can add a new LuvLog post by clicking on the “+ Post New” link. Similarly, from your Vibe’s page you can click the “New Entry” button.
To create your new entry simply type a title for your new post and proceed to describe your experience. Please be sure NOT to use any real names in order to protect your anonymity and the anonymity of your Vibe and other LuvHertz members. Once you are sure that you have not used any real names please select the checkbox next to the words “I have not used any real names in this post” to continue. You cannot post a new entry without verifying that no real names have been used in your post.
Below the text box you can select a score for your interaction with your Vibe from the scoring continuum or FreqOut to ask your Entourage for scoring advice. You can also ID any Entourage members present during this interaction and set your Post Privacy for your LuvLog (if you want it to be different from the overall privacy settings you selected for your Vibe). Hit “Post Entry” to finalize the new entry or hit “Cancel” to change your mind.
Once you give a score to a LuvLog entry and you hit “Post Entry” your score for the post is final. You cannot delete your score. The reason for preventing members from deleting or editing their LuvLog scores is to encourage accountability and to discourage back-pedalling or denial. LuvHertz is effective because it offers an honest accounting of your relationship or dating history by keeping a record of your emotions at the time. If you were able to delete scores you could potentially remove all unfavorable scores from your LuvLog, detracting from the authenticity of a system that is designed to provide you with an honest record of your love life.
You can edit comments you’ve made (with the exception of scores) in your LuvLog by clicking on the “Edit Post” icon (looks like a pencil) from your LuvLog. You can change the title of your entry, add or delete text from the body, ID Entourage members, change your Post Privacy and Block members from viewing your post. You can also Vault entries that you want to hide from the view of all members including your Entourage.
You cannot delete LuvLog entries for the same reason that you cannot change the score of your posts retroactively. The reason for preventing members from being able to delete their LuvLog posts is to encourage accountability. LuvHertz is effective because it offers an honest accounting of your relationship/dating history by keeping a record of your emotions at the time. If you were able to delete LuvLog posts you could potentially remove anything unfavorable from your LuvLog, detracting from the authenticity of a system that is designed to provide you with an honest record of your love life.
