How Do I Fry a Vibe?

You can Fry your Vibe manually or automatically. You can manually Fry a Vibe from your Vibe’s page by hitting the “Fry Vibe” button found beneath the Vibe’s avatar. When you Fry a Vibe you are essentially ending your relationship with this person and removing him or her from your Live Vibes List.

A Vibe is automatically Fried when she or he receives three JoltZ (scores of -4 or worse). Upon receiving their third Jolt, Vibes are automatically Fried, removed from your Live Vibes List and banished to the Fried Vibes List.

How Do I Revive a Vibe?

When you are in your VibeFolio scroll down to your Fried Vibes List. Here, you can select the Vibe you wish to Revive by selecting the “Revive Vibe” button. You can also click on the name or picture of the Vibe you want to Revive from your Fried Vibe list and this will take you to the Vibe’s page. From here you can also select “Revive Vibe” to attempt the Resuscitation.

To successfully Revive your Vibe you must wait for the mandatory three day waiting period to elapse. The mandatory waiting period gives you time to step away to gain some perspective. It allows you to really consider your decision and think about whether you should really be restarting a relationship with someone who you previously decided was bad enough to Fry. During the waiting period, your Entourage members and other worldwide members of LuvHertz (if your privacy setting is “Public”) will be notified that you are trying to Revive a Fried Vibe and will be asked to vote either DNR (Do Not Resuscitate) if they are against it or Clear if they support the Revival.

If the majority of the votes are in favor of the Revival or if there are no votes, your Vibe will be automatically reactivated as a Live Vibe after the three-day waiting period has expired. However, if the majority of the votes are against the Revival you will be strongly cautioned against Reviving this Vibe. You can either choose to take the advice of your Entourage (and the Public if your privacy settings permit) and cancel the Revival or override their decision and continue to Revive the Vibe. Remember, the goal of LuvHertz is to keep you accountable in your relationships by giving you perspective and by enabling you to receive advice and feedback from people around the world who have been there before.

What is the Difference Between DNR and Clear?

If you are attempting to Revive a Fried Vibe, to successfully Revive your Vibe you must wait for the mandatory three-day waiting period to elapse. The mandatory waiting period gives you time to step away to gain some perspective. DNR
DNR means Do Not Resuscitate, is one of the two voting options in regards to a Revival attempt of a Fried Vibe by an Entourage member. If an Entourage member does not believe that a Fried Vibe deserves another chance s/he will vote “DNR” in opposition of the Revival. The alternate voting option, which is given in support of a Revival attempt, is Clear.

Clear
Clear is one of the two voting options available in regards to a Revival attempt of a Fried Vibe by an Entourage member. If an Entourage member thinks that a Fried Vibe deserves another chance s/he will vote “Clear” in support of the Revival. Doctors will shout “Clear!” before applying the paddles that deliver the life saving jolt to the heart. The alternate voting option, which is given in opposition to a Revival attempt, is DNR.
